Anybody Get This When Lucid Dreaming
Nordicist1楼主第 1 楼 ·
in the morning on weekends when I naturally lucid dream (i wake up then fall asleep quickly) i can often feel my body in the dream and outside the dream at the same time. i can sometimes see in real life and in the lucid dream as well (the dream is in my imagination and at the back of my mind, to make it so the dream is the main thing in my mind i have to focus and that means my real life vision is at the back of my mind).
anybody else get this?

A friend of mine once told me about an experience like this. She was sleeping on a work day and had to be up early but didn't want to miss out on the lucid dream she was having. So she, while still dreaming, half opened her eye to check the clock on the wall then fell right back in to the dream. Sounded pretty amazing

Yes it's phenomenon which I prefer to call "Focus Point of Self-consciousness." It's basically where you place your self-existence. In a dream, physical reality, or somewhere in between? By learning to shift this focus point it's possible to instantly shift into dream-like state from being wide awake. It's also possible to stay in between. Very interesting stuff indeed!

It's an odd sensation, like you're in two bodies at once.
