Cool! There is a subreddit dedicated to SSILD. A few weeks ago I tried SSILD for 1 week. In like the 5 nights I tried it, I had one lucid dream. I don't do this technique during the week because I don't like alarm techniques. I will occasionally do SSILD when I wake up in the middle of the night
