Tips For Flying During Lucid Dreams

My favorite thing about lucid dreaming has always been the flying. I always try to reach outer space but can never seem to stay in the air for long. Most time my flying just kindve poops out and im left kinda floating back down. Anyone have any tips to maintain flight for distance?
