Cant Seem To Have Lucid Dreams Anymore

Eversince i got back to lucid dreaming after 6 months of hiatus i just cant seem to have one. I never get lucid anymore could anyone help out plz?

You had it all and what did you do? You blew it!
Lucid dreaming is a skill that decays, inconsistency being it's biggest enemy. You've essentially taken all your progress and flushed it down the toilet, the only way back is to do what you did to get good in the first place.
Just keep your dream journal, and do ADA. (All day awareness)
I bet you do know the basics, right?
Yes i know the basics. Although can you give me some tips for ADA?
SSILD works pretty well for breaking dry spells. I suggest you give it a try.
