How To Enter Ld Or Obe From Within Sp? Ld4All

I am lucid, and I can achieve LDs most of times I want. I use WILD technique for achieving Lucid-State. 20% of times, I wake up with Sleep Paralysis, and weird creature(s) around me. This is not the problem, I don't have any problem with my mind projecting images and sounds, I rather enjoy it. I want to enter LD from/within SP. After encoutering SP, I usually 'go with the flow', enjoy a bit and then hold my breath to wake up, I want to have an Out-of-Body experience (OBE), or enter a lucid dream from/within SP. Any suggestions?
